Billing questions
What counts as a trace?
One trace is one end-to-end agent run, no matter how many spans, tool calls or model requests it contains. Evals and guardrail checks don’t count toward your quota.
What happens if I go over my limit?
On Hobby, new traces are sampled once you hit 10k. On Team, overage is billed at $0.20 per 1,000 traces — and we’ll email you at 80% so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period, and your data is kept for the retention window of the new plan.
Do you offer discounts?
Startups under $5M in funding get Team free for 12 months, and we offer 50% off for nonprofits and education. Email us from your company domain to apply.
